The microwave spectra of cyclohexanone oxime and d1 (=NOD) and d4(2,2,6,6-d4) derivatives were observed in the frequency range from 8 to 40 GHz in the ground and excited vibrational states. The rotational constants were determined to be A = 3799.844(48), B = 1513.7912(23), and C = 1189.6118(29) MHz for normal species, A = 3791.835(88), B = 1461.0324(47), and C = 1157.5653(53) MHz for d1 species, and A = 3364.141(49), B = 1487.9551(34), and C = 1154.0965(44) MHz for d4 species in the ground vibrational state. The planar moments, Pbb (Pbb = (Ic + Ia − Ib)/2) of normal, d1, and d4 species were determined to be 111.9885(26), 111.9817(46), and 124.2394(49) uÅ2, respectively. The almost same values of Pbb of normal and d1 species suggest that the hydroxyl hydrogen atom is very close to the a-c plane. From the rs coordinates of the hydroxyl hydrogen atom, the OH bond was found to be at the trans position with respect to the CN double bond. The conformation of cyclohexanone oxime was determined to be chair form by comparing the observed and calculated rotational constants, ΔI, and planar moments, and taking account of the calculated the relative energy difference, ΔE. The structural parameters, the three bond lengths, three bond angles, and three dihedral angles, were adjusted to the nine rotational constants observed. The bond angle of ∠C2C1N is much wider than that of ∠C6C1N by about 10°. The dihedral angles of ∠C1C2C3C4, ∠C2C3C4C5, and ∠C3C4C5C6 were determined to be 53.3(5), −57.2(5), and 57.2(5)°. Two vibrational modes were assigned to the ring-bending and ring-twisting ones, which are almost harmonic up to v = 3.  相似文献

Water washing of P-2 nickel boride brings about a new catalyst designated as P-2W nickel boride. This P-2W catalyst is more reactive than P-1 or P-2 in the hydrogenation of cyclohexanone and nitrobenzene. The P-2W, however, is less selective than P-2 in the hydrogenation of cyclic olefins.  相似文献

2-Trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromene-4-thione obtained from 2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromen-4-one and P2S5 reacts with aromatic amines, hydrazine hydrate, phenylhydrazine, and hydroxylamine at the C(4) atom of the chromene ring to give the corresponding anils, azine, hydrazones, and oxime of thiochromone. 2-Trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromen-4-one is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in AcOH into 4-oxo-2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromene 1,1-dioxide and reduced by NaBH4 to 2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromen-4-ol or cis-2-(trifluoromethyl)thiochroman-4-ol. When treated with hydrazine hydrate, thiochromen-4-one gives 3(5)-(2-mercaptophenyl)-5(3)-trifluoromethylpyrazole. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Density functional (BLYP, B3LYP and BHLYP) and highly correlated MP2 and CCSD(T) calculations have been performed to investigate conformers, energy barriers, intramolecular H-bond strength, gas-phase basicity and deprotonation energies of glyoxilic acid oxime (gao) and related ions in gas phase and in aqueous solution (SCRF-PCM method). BHLYP/6-311G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-31++G(d) predictions for the global minimum conformer of gao were consistent with experiment. BLYP level overestimated the H-bond and stabilized incorrectly the H-bonded conformer. The calculations in solution indicated destabilization of H-bonded conformers due to the small polarizability and weaken of the H-bond. The same global minimum structures in gas phase and aqueous solution were found for gao-neutral (ectt) and gao-dianion (e2), whereas they were different for gao-anion because of the strong decrease of the conformational energies in solution. The global minimum structures of the neutral, anion and dianion of gao, obtained in solution, are in agreement with experiment. The gas-phase basicity (GB) and molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) calculations revealed the same sites for electrophilic attack, supported by the nature of HOMO: the carbonylic oxygen for the neutral, the carboxylic oxygen for the anion and the oxime nitrogen for the dianion. MEP results in gas phase and in solution suggested a region between the two atoms, but not on one atom in accordance with bidentate binding of gao ions to a metal. The BHLYP/6-31++G(d,p) molecular properties of gao were in best consistent with CCSD(T) results. The thermodynamical properties (GB and bond deprotonation energy) of gao were better estimated at B3LYP level.  相似文献

建立测定溶剂型涂料中环己酮含量的气相色谱(GC)检测方法。样品在乙酸乙酯中超声提取,以ZB–WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)为分离色谱柱,加入十四烷作为内标物,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,内标法定量。结果表明,环己酮的质量浓度在10~250 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 9。以阴性涂料样品为样品基质,加标平均回收率在92.5%~97.8%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.87%~1.77%(n=7)之间,方法检出限为13 mg/kg。采用该方法对15种溶剂型涂料样品进行测定,其中11种检出环己酮。该方法能使目标化合物得到有效分离,分析时间短,重复性好,灵敏度高,适用于溶剂型涂料中环己酮含量的快速测定。  相似文献

The oxime of the hitherto unknown 3-amino-5-nitrobenzaldehyde was synthesized by the reaction of 3-amino-5-nitrobenzaldehyde phenylhydrazone with excess of (NH2OH)2·H2SO4.
